Description
Exu is the orixá of communication, patience, order and discipline. It is the guardian of villages, towns, houses and axes , things that are made and human behavior. The word Èşù, in Yoruba , means ‘sphere’, and, in fact, Exu is the orixá of the movement . He is the one who must receive the offerings first in order to ensure that everything goes well and to ensure that his messenger function between the Orun (the spiritual world) and the Aiye (the material world) is fully realized.
